Trust in God’s guidance and wisdom, rather than our own instincts

Do you trust your instincts?

– Proverbs 28:26 – “Those who trust in themselves are fools, but those who walk in wisdom are kept safe.”

This verse warns against relying solely on our own instincts or self-confidence, as our human judgment can be flawed.

– Proverbs 3:5-6 – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

This passage encourages us to trust in God’s guidance and wisdom, rather than our own instincts or understanding.

– Romans 8:14 – “For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.”

This verse suggests that as believers, we should be led by the Holy Spirit, who guides us in making decisions and navigating life.

In short, Bible encourages us to trust in God’s wisdom, guidance, and leading above our own instincts. By seeking God’s will and submitting to His leading, we can make decisions that align with His plans and purposes.
